PUTERI HARBOUR — Located in the waterfront enclave of Puteri Harbour, Nusajaya, Trinidad Suites Johor offers travelers a more spacious alternative to a traditional hotel stay.

In an exclusive interview on Friday (Aug. 7), General Manager Prakash Kumaran highlighted several features that distinguish the property, including its large suites, convenient location, and access to waterfront activities.

Trinidad Suites Johor has 204 units, with options ranging from One-Bedroom Executive and One-Bedroom Premium suites to Duplex, Two-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom units.
According to Prakash, the property offers some of the largest hotel suites in the Nusajaya area.
“Compared to other hotels across Nusajaya, our suites are officially the largest,” he said.
The suites are designed to give guests the feeling of staying in a home rather than a conventional hotel room. Each unit comes with a pantry, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and washer-dryer.
Guests can also request cooking utensils and tableware, making it easier to prepare meals during their stay.
Beyond the suites, guests can relax at the infinity pool, work out at the gym, or dine at the penthouse restaurant, which operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The hotel also caters to private events and gatherings. Its indoor banquet facilities can accommodate up to 350 guests, while the outdoor Marina Walk can host larger events of up to 1,000 people with additional canopy arrangements.
A Waterfront Stay in Puteri Harbour
One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its waterfront location.
Guests can exit through the rear of the property and reach the yacht marina. From there, it takes about two minutes to walk to a sandy beach, which is often used for team-building activities, evening walks, and wedding photography.
The marina also provides access to activities such as sunset cruises and fishing trips. These activities are operated by third-party providers, while the hotel team assists guests with the arrangements.
Convenient Access From Batam and Singapore
For travelers from neighboring countries, the hotel’s location offers another advantage.
Trinidad Suites Johor is about a five-minute walk from Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, making it convenient for visitors arriving by ferry.
Travelers from Batam, Indonesia, can take a ferry from Harbour Bay to Puteri Harbour. The journey takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes, depending on the service and operating conditions.
The hotel also provides easy access to several major attractions in Johor:
- LEGOLAND Malaysia & Water Park: Around 10 minutes by car.
- Johor Premium Outlets (JPO): Around 30 minutes by car.
- Johor Bahru city center and Johor Zoo: Around 30 minutes by car.
- Singapore via Tuas Second Link: Around 10 to 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic and immigration conditions.
Getting Around Is Easy
Guests can also use scheduled bus services, with stops located near the hotel entrance. Complimentary parking is available for those arriving by car.
Ride-hailing services such as Grab are also readily available, with typical waiting times of less than 10 minutes.
For medical tourists, the hotel can arrange dedicated van transfers to nearby healthcare facilities. Private limousine transfers for airport pickups are also available upon request.
Guests can also receive a 10 percent discount at a partner wellness and reflexology center located within walking distance of the property.
